What a wonderful hotel in a lovely location. Grounds are beautiful and the village it’s nestled in is just beautiful. Staff and service at the hotel were excellent. Really friendly Reception Team and we’ll done Connor on your first shift!!!! Hotel is a tiny bit dated but it’s clean and comfortable. The Bar area could do with dimmed lights in the evenings, some music and candles maybe. But all in all, I loved it

shower in 1st room given didnt work it should never have been sold to us , were told no other room available at 1st but finally got moved for second night poor value for money compared to other hotels on our trip

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE 1AWFUL ROOMS 3SINGLE BEDSFOR ONE £190 SISTER HAD A BOX FOR£120.POOR SERVICE DINNER WAS FAIR BARMAN DIDNT WANT TO BE THERE.THEN IN MORNING NO HOT WATER TO WASH OR SHOWER.THEY HAVE REFUSED ANY COMPENSATION.A DISGRACE !
