Overall our stay was good, but the hotel need some upgrade on the rooms. Pool in the hotel was not cleaned or treated, you could feel the water waxy and heavy.

Great value for the price. Every room has a balcony and was very clean. The property itself is a little dated but well maintained. Pool area was really nice to hang out at during the day.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I love the welcoming inclusion of the community that the hotel fosters. The location of the hotel with proximity to beach was great. The room is dated with some furnishings showed its age with rust spots visible. The cleaning staff needs to be aware of the noise being made while on duty. There were a lot of doors being slammed shut and banging while cleaning. This was disturbing while trying to sleep in.

Our toilet leaked onto the floor - the sliding glass door was so hard to open/close - we had earwigs in our room - how did I pay $400 a night for no refrigerator- incredibly dated and dingy - absolutely no idea this was a fully GAY hotel - the website was very misleading! Not very happy
