AMAZING staff and amazing experience. Being an LGBT friendly hotel is incredible. There was so much to do during the nightlife and every staff was friendly and supportive! Wonderful breakfast and love that it is 21+.

Great place and ambiance

It was so close to concert venue but walls wre so thin you could hear everything from rooms next door and the club downstairs.

My best friend is my puppy. Don't let them fool you. Thay are NOT pet freindly! I was set to check-in Sunday May 4th. My puppy peed in the lobby. They refused me check-in. After 4 hous of driving there, I was told to find another hotel. Hard to beleive, But it happened. The lady at the desk was heartless. She is the type you pray for. They may be gay freindly, But don't chance it and take your pet if you love them. P.S. I could not find a pet freindly hotel vacancy and had no choice but to return home that day. Another 4 hours. They all b ut said, "We couldn't care less." To tell you the truth, I still can't believe it happened. there is a place in hell for such heartless people. Btu again, I'll pray for their forgivness, cause they shore as helkl know not what they do. Raymond

Met my college roommate and we had a wonderful stay. Rooms are dated, as other reviewers stated, but very clean and the staff was amazing - super friendly and helpful. Bonus that we found free parking in the lot and there was a continental breakfast buffet included. Great location, too! We’ll definitely return!!!

easy access to boardwalk. We have been staying at the Empress for years and feel very comfortable there

This was my second time here. I have no complaints. Nice staff. Clean. I left my Coach belt in the room and they actually called to mail it back to me.
