Customer service was horrible. The lady at the front desk was lacking in customer service skills. Check in was at 2p and my unit wasn’t ready even after I arrived later at 5. This place was a scam.

It's in a lousy location in the middle of a bunch of auto body shops, but walk a few blocks and neighborhood is cool... Good access to subway station.

Men's shelter on lower floor that they don't mention - leads to bunch of awkward rules and questions from staff and the lobby is uncomfortable. Rooms have no tables, no chairs, no sheets - just a ratty blanket. About the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

Lo único bueno que encontré es que tiene parqueadero y que está al lado de la estación del metro de NY

La tensión es pésima desde que llegas, huele mal con tan solo entrar al hotel, las instalaciones son sucias y desagradables, la habitación estaba sucia, la cama con chicles pegados en el espaldar y pelos sobre las sábanas, además me tocó limpiar la o lavamanos el sanitario y la ducha de lo mal que estaban, hasta el piso estaba pegajoso y sucio, la ducha de el baño no funcionaba, muy mal que un hotel de esta clase tan malo que este año n booking

It was very cold and did not have tv remote I call them they give me one but it did not work at all
