There was a bed bug in the folded towels upon arrival. No refund, no compassion. I ended up reporting it to 311 because of how insensitive the front desk when I presented the issue.

Grimey, definite signs of bed bug infestation

Nothing at all, the property is outdated, and the also run the property as city shelter, not safe at all

Room was musty and dirty, dirty sheets, bathrooms, very noisy,, and staff was very rude, no professional service.
