Staff is friendly

The hotel had a strong smell of pine sol disinfectant all the time. It have me a headache and it was hard to sleep. Also, they didn't give my room enough soap for 2 people.

Pros: Quick check in, clean room. Spacious hotel. Fun, clean pool. Easy to access hotel and close to shopping. Con: it was always damp inside the room. Nothing that got wet ever dried.

Staff good. Room clean. Always nice to have fridge and microwave. No issues other than the pool. Came for the pool and hot tub so was disappointed. Pool old and stained, hair build up, mushroom didn’t work. Breakfast was the usual but very good. Parking was good. Someone’s kids were running up and down the halls several times ( around 10) , quiet hours begin at 11. I can’t understand how parents don’t talk to their children about basic respect.

Liked the bigger towels. Awesome for taller people. Liked the extra space and places to set our luggage. Took a second to figure out but the blackout curtains worked great.

The toilet was like a foot off the ground. Way too low. The shower head is so low that my head hit it when trying to rinse. There are people taller than 5'6" out there. The bed was comfortable but too bouncy. Felt like a trampoline.

The room was clean, bed and bedding were very comfortable. Didn’t hear any sound from outside, hallway or other rooms. Breakfast was good

The shower is perfect for someone 5’8” or shorter but was a bit awkward for those taller

Breakfast was great, rooms were clean. Disappointed jets in hot tub didn’t work nor did the mushroom/waterfall didn’t work in the pool but other wise good stay!

Staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean but smelled like a wet dog. Door was pretty beat up. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast.
