The noise level from the hallway was loud. You can hearing doors shutting.kids talking and running. Rooms could use a remodel Lobby was clean Pool strong chlorine smell Staff didn’t see them much

Real nice place, I would definitely stay there again. However, I would suggest to improve breakfast options and quality, get real eggs instead of powdered eggs.

1) check in waited no one was at desk when checked in not very interested had a hideaway bed no extra sheets or blankets tried calling down as we have two kids no answer had to walk down. 2) breakfast was terrible and not edible the sausage wasn’t cooked all the way the eggs were mushy. 3) fountain to the pools were not working the whole reason I picked this place for family friendly pool was only able to stay in it for 30 minutes before everyone’s eyes were burning and didn’t even go under water it was so strong and the kids area wasn’t working and it was all rusting and gross on the pool floor

The chlorine smell in the pool area was terrible. My kids had to leave aa they started coughing and everyones eyes were burning. The air conditioner in our room sometimes sounded like it was ready to die, but it did work. Staff was very nice.

It was very clean, didn't trigger my anxiety at all. Very comfortable bed, relaxing shower head with multiple settings, and fun pool that I had a hard time dragging my 5 year old out of. Staff was very accommodating and we barely needed anything because our room already had it. The breakfast was hearty and full of options. We didn't want to leave when the time came, it was a great experience. Well done!
