"Best stay ever! Absolutely magical!"

The staff were absolutely delightful, everything you expect in a luxury hotel. Accommodations were excellent, it was a treat to be staying in the historic district and get to see the President arrive to work in the mornings. Food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. If we return to Quito we will absolutely stay there again! Truly a five star experience.

What can I say… this was a world class experience. The staff was great vinicio Barahona, Luis Alberto Rodriguez were part of the front desk and they were so kind and helpful they accommodated our group with issues. Very nice experience!!!

"A memorable stay"

My husband and I stayed at the Grande Plaza for 5 nights.. The staff are very helpful and pleasant especially at the Front Desk and in the Restaurant. Room is clean and spacious. You can’t ask for a better location. Excellent breakfast and their dining room is highly rated. Thank you to all the staff for a most memorable stay.
