Location is great and the bed is amazing

Both nights we were there they organized events at the ballroom until 1 am… music is very loud and goes right through to the rooms… I couldn’t sleep nor could our 8 month old baby

Beautiful hotel, great location

The restaurant is definitely not worthy of 5 stars. The service was poor, the tablecloth was full of stains, and the wine was served warm—with the waiter claiming no cooler was available (yet the next day, another waiter had one in the elevator?!). We didn't take it. We had booked this place especially for our last evening, but it turned out to be a real disappointment. The staff and the chef urgently need proper training — the steak was borderline spoiled. What a shame!

Excellent staff

Prachtige kamers echt 10/10 alsof je in een film zit, heel erg netjes, de badkamer is ook prachtig. Bij aankomst krijg je een handdoekje en een drankje, we voelden ons heel welkom. Het hotel is in koloniale stijl, heel cool. De gordijnen verduisteren zeer goed. Je denkt misschien te oud qua stijl maar is het niet, wij zijn een 30-jarig koppel en vonden dit echt heel nice. De ligging is perfect, op het bekende plein in Quito oude stad. Nachos in de bar zijn top! Personeel was erg vriendelijk, deden de lift voor je open enzo.

Ontbijt was veel en goed maar niet het hoogtepunt van het verblijf. De douche/bad is misschien lichtjes verouderd.

The room was absolutely stunning and the front desk service very professional and helpful. Luis Alberto was very kind to us!

The breakfast could have been smoother, there was probably a little misunderstanding between us and the waiters about dietary restrictions but all sorted well.
