Première Classe Paris Ouest - Gennevilliers Barbanniers

I stay at this hotel very often and always praise them, however last night i thought the standards dipped slightly. No working internet and no heat in the rooms.

Our 1st stay here made us pick this hotel again. But this time was not so good. The service at the desk was great & helpful. Someone always made our bed & gave us fresh towels. This was great. BUT: Our shower did not drain-pretty gross. Our sink was slow to drain too. There were very tiny red bugs coming into the room from outside getting on our things. There were burn holes in the curtain to the window where it looked like someone had burned them with a cigarette. There were a few other small things too.

Comfortable. I get why there are no shower curtains.. just takes some getting use to

Great to have the use of a microwave. All dining areas are closed. Towels were not clean.. nobody wants dirt makes on hotel towels

Super hotel pour le prix. La chambre est propre et moderne. La tele avec Canal et Bein Sport fonctionne parfaitement. La WiFi egalement. Et l’hotel est bien placé. Il y a un Leclerc, un parc, a 2 min a pied et le centre Villegas’s de Gennevilliers a 5 min a pied. Je recommende

Extra hidden charges

Too noisy, can't sleep until morning. Maybe it's because of the celebration of new year, but also a poor door.

it was an okay experience like good for a quick snooze and nothing more. room smelled like cigarettes but it was as i said ok experience. The room isnt what it is shown on the pictures and its considerably small

Staff was not helpful at all,rooms were very small bed mattress was worne out batbroom was very small like car van bathrooms.

It was in a good area, close to transportation and a supermarket. The staff was really friendly and the facilities were really clean. The rooms were much smaller than I anticipated but it is a great place to stay if you plan on getting out a lot as it is only a 30 minute train ride from Paris. I would absolutely stay here again!
