Out of Paris but close to transport and airport, standard budget accommodation

Friendly staff, quick and easy check in. Bathroom felt a bit flimsy but otherwise suited us for what we wanted. Very close to transport links into the centre of Paris.

Wow, where can I start? After finding somewhere that was reasonably priced for 2 nights had a decent review section I thought I should book it and what a mistake that was. Arrived to the hotel, from the outside you could clearly see the hotel did not look like the pictures, took a deep breath in and walked into the reception area which is also located at the rear of the building rather than the front. Anyhow, walked in to check in and the guy at the reception was very friendly and could communicate with him in English very well. He gave the keys for the room and that’s where it had all started, lights flickering in the corridor, cannot push open the rooms door and had to shoulder barge it. Got into the room and the whole place stank of cigarettes, there was a towel placed on the floor and the sink surrounding was absolutely filthy the bed had a massive dip in the middle, there was stains on the floor and damp all on the walls. It did not feel clean at all not even up to a state where you’d think this is ok just for 2 nights. After getting in touch with hotels.com customer service it was very apparent that they wouldn’t do anything which although is frustrating I understand. However after taking pictures and going downstairs to the reception room to speak with the gent that checked us in absolute magic happened the guy that could fluently speak English can not speak a word of it. I asked for a full refund and stated I’d leave the hotel after only being there for minutes

The location was far from center of paris and attractions. The room was too small for 3 person!

В принципе за такую стоимость нормальные условия. Но на ресепшен мужчина не знал английского, мы пользовались переводчиком. Мы приехали раньше времени и долго ждали, пока нас заселят. Отель не в самом Париже, ехать с города нужна на метро RER за 3.1€ (ехать примерно час). Фена в комнате нет, мы взяли на ресепшен. А на второй день когда хотели взять фен, его уже кто-то забрал и пришлось ждать 2 часа. Лучше берите с собой фен!

The ac did not work. Had to open windows with no screens. Bugs got in and people smoked outside the windows. Other than they the property was nice

The location is far away from the city. However, it can be reached by public transport. Washroom is too tiny with no basic toiletries like shampoo and body wash.

Fantastic location by trains and supermarket with close bar restaurants.. friendly staff.... excellent breakfast with room rate for budget accomodation 10/10.. would stay again....

On arrival we were hopeful that the high rating reviews would be true. We were sadly very wrong about this! Unless you want to be kept awake all night long from strange bangs and noises then I would say stay elsewhere! At one point around 12am my wife and I heard a woman’s screams for help coming from down the corridor. This was adding to our disappointment and making us worry what had happened! We were scheduled to stay 2 nights however decided we had heard and seen enough in one night of poor sleep to book a different hotel for our final night in Paris. In conclusion unless you are looking to be Paris’ next Jeff Dahmer or one of their victims I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel!
