"Sunny overpriced hotel"

The lady at the breakfasts

Overpriced for accommodation. Scrubby room that looked beat up. I am surprised that it had the Hyatt name on such a shabby overpriced hotel. Location felt remote and unsafe for a solo female traveller. I would not recommend.

We had a great experience at the hotel. Sunny and Danielle were particularly helpful and kind. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was great. Would stay here again.

"Exceptional"

This was our second booking in a row at this hotel. Karen, the front desk agent was so kind that upgraded us to a first floor suite after knowing we have six suitcases. The front desk agents were all very professional and helpful! The double queen bed and bedding were very comfortable. We have many different towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was good that had something for everyone.

The parking fee of $11 per night was a surprise! Some guests were constantly smoking weed in the room and there was weed smell constantly came from the Sprinkler room.

Very helpful front desk staff.

Placement of the TV made watching it difficult. It could swivel but not enought to comfortable watch from either the couch or the bed.

Mooie grote kamer. Twee grote bedden. Ontbijt was heerlijk. Personeel was aardig. Goeie shuttlebus die jou gratis naar de airport brengt en ophaalt. We mochten de auto gratis parkeren van de baliemedewerker. Met de Metro naar de Mall was 1,5 uur rechtstreeks rijden. En dat voor 2 euro.

"Room was dusty, carpet not vacuumed, trash under tv dresser counsel. Bathroom sink dirty"

Floor was no vacuumed room very dusty. Ask front desk if they could clean the room while we are out all they did was make up the beds. Did not vacuum did not take old towels and give us new ones. I understand we only stayed 2 nights. Couch was dusty and it was trash under dresser/ tv counsels. I am a Hyatt member and I’m very dissatisfied with room.
