"Hope you have plumbing skills!"

Shortly after checking in our toilet clogged. We were told to come to reception to get a plunger and fix it ourselves. Upon discussion at check out we were compensated the $11 parking fee for our troubles, which seems a bit like an insult. Furthermore it was never even communicated there was a parking fee. We received a welcome confirmation email and it contained a lot of misinformation such as the airport shuttle was a Lyft which you needed to schedule and never mentioned the parking fee yet it had a whole paragraph on mask mandates. I recommend booking a room on the first floor as one elevator was broken and the other sounded like it would break any moment. Finally the breakfast was edible but not great. I will commend the shuttle driver as he did go the extra mile to accommodate us, albeit the van had a huge sign stating tips accepted. With so many hotels to choose from in this area I’d recommend looking at others.

Close to the airport and the shuttle driver went above and beyond!

The toilet clogged as soon as we checked in and there was no one to take care of it. We were told to come to the lobby, get a plunger and fix it ourselves. When we discussed it in the morning we were given $11 free parking as a compensation, which I see as an insult. Furthermore they had a flyer in the room advertising games and other amenities to borrow however the actual program hadn’t been implemented. The breakfast was subpar.

"Won’t be booking Hyatt ever again"

Booked and paid for a king suite and when we checked in there was no sofa. Just a large conference table and two desk chairs and another accent chair in the corner. Pool was not open for the season yet despite being May in Virginia and 70 degrees and sunny. Restaurant and bar were never open while we Were there and they also charge 11.00 per day for guests to park.

Shower was good and bed was comfortable

We booked and paid for a king suite. When we checked in there was no sofa and a large conference table with two desk chairs and another chair in the corner. No place to sit and relax to watch tv. Pool was not open and it was 70 degrees and sunny.
