Doncaster International Hotel

Really disappointed. I stayed with them few years ago and it was really clean. Went back yesterday thinking it will be the same but no. The room was stinking. The bins had not been changed because the rubbish was still there. The towels had dust in them so had to ask for extra towels. The loo roll handle was broken and towel holder. On top of all these I was asked for £100 deposit for any damages in the beginning of the stay. Just shocking. Very disappointed

Very disappointed and made to feel unsafe and scared in this hotel another guest was given access to myself and my partner room and walked in on us just as we had gotten out the shower. Left the same night didn't stay complained and was told they can't do anything to just send an email to complaints which will be answered within 2-14 business days if not longer

the place is a container. would not visit it again ever

Okay but the reception as a bit disorganised. Room was clean. Bar/restaurant had little on because of Xmas break.

Disappointing, mattress was memory foam very uncomfortable, food good and staff friendly, very clean

Good size room - a little outdated but it is a bed for the night. A bit noisy at 3am when builders are getting each other up to go to work.

Comfortable, but small issues with housekeeping inconsistent, electronic key failures. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

For the price, great hotel! Large rooms and has everything you needed.. only negative that i noticed were the hair dryers are abit cr*p.. but all in all, great for what you pay! A

Journey break in hotel very close to our route so very convenient .Stayed here before. Nice room and bathroom. Hotel a bit shabby and dated but clean and staff pleasant. Did not eat in hotel as finished serving food just before we arrived but plenty of places to eat nearby.Would certainly stay here again.

Great hotel ! Lovely staff , clean and only £5 taxi ride into centre of Doncaster Would definitely recommend
