When we checked in they moved the room we had requested (king bed and service dog) because the dog wasnt on their database. No big deal but it seems the room they put usbin either had a flood or carpet cleaned because it was soaked, and i dont mean just damp. My husband went to the front desk and told them and they gave him a bunch of old towels to put down. Even those got wet. So it was kind of gross. Its a nice hotel, though. I just wish they had given us another room.
