Everything it was clean, comfortable and had an excellent breakfast!

Facilities were good for relaxing outside of the room

The linens for the sleeper sofa were in a comforter bag it was hard to feel confident they were fresh linens. They blanket felt a bit to old.

Quiet area, good for the dogs. Carpet on floors, breakfast was good, one of the better meals, waffles, fresh eggs and sausage. Easy access to the outside with several doors.

We have been waiting at the front desk for 30 minutes. There is nobody to be seen. We banged on the manager's door twice before she opened up and it looked like she was sleeping. When she opened the door, she asked if someone was at the front desk. We said no and she went back inside and closed the door. We had been calling the front desk the whole time and no one was answering. Finally, the housekeeping manager came to the desk and was able to help us check in. Eventually, after another 10 minutes, the General manager came out of her office, checked her face in the lobby mirror and then came behind the counter. I'm not sure what qualifications you check before promoting people to manager at this establishment, but you might want to rethink your standards. This was the worst experience checking into a hotel I've ever had and I've been to some pretty shady places in my life.

Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast

In the kitchen area of the room all glasses did not appear clean. I had to rinse and clean my glass before using. I saw fingerprints and lip prints.

The staff friendly and accommodating I booked through a 3rd party so I was double charged but I stayed 11 nights and it was a nice hotel! They were remodeling so some stuff was unavailable at times but understandable. Now I did order room service 4 days I got it 2 of the 4 but other than that I am satisfied. They offered fruit every day and as a vegan I was grateful.
