Excellent service, very helpful staff. You can get organized all possible activities through the hotel. Quiet, not far away from La Fortuna, plenty of dining options around.

Setting was beautiful. Hotel could use some maintenance / updates, but was serviceable. Staff was very friendly. Onsite and nearby dining were good, and was easy and inexpensive to get Uver to downtown for more shopping and dining options.

Great location and food options. Hotel was clean with a lot to offer. Staff was helpful but not overly friendly. The pool was the let down. Toooo cold!! Could not use once. Only 1/2 hot tub worked which was a drawback. Oh a great massage

The staff is absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The restaurant and bar were so easy and convenient without being overpriced. We loved the pools and hot tubs. Everything felt very safe and staff was super attentive. My only recommendation would be to offer self serve coffee.

"Hotel in Fortuna"

The hotel ( our 3 rooms 707, 706, 704 ) had nice views of the volcano. The rooms are very basic, tile floors, no closets. Large pool and 5 Hot tubs. The hotel is about 2 miles walking into small town center with few shops, few restaurants and a park.

"Relatively pretty darn good."

At times, the view of Arenal Volcano from our balcony were spectacular. Compared to the five other hotels we stayed at in Costa Rica, this place was very good. The person who took the photos for the website did an outstanding job as the place has some wear and tear issues but it was generally pretty good. We had an issue with our toilet that was fixed quickly but the shower was very slow draining. Our housekeeper Manuela did an excellent job and the AC worked perfectly. We would stay here again. Nice pool and grounds. Lots of kids at times.
