Selcuklu Evi Cave Hotel - Special Class

Hotel muy bien ubicado en Urgup. Las habitaciones muy buenas y confortables. Desayuno muy bueno y variado. Vale la pena cenar en la noche en el hotel. Excelente el servicio y buena disponibilidad de la gente.

The hotel's exterior and grouds are lovely. I booked a "cave" room for 2 nights. I was first put into a non-cave room but was too tried to deal with it that evening. The next day they put me in a "cave" room, but only the area over the bed was earthen, like a bed canopy, the rest was earthen blocks with mortar. My only real complaint was the owner, who would address me EVERY time I came and went, always trying to get me to go to his carpet shop, or eat in his restaurant, meet his friend, etc. I found myself feeling great releif whenever I "escaped" the hotel grouds without being "caught" by him!

The owners, Halil and Brigitte, were very welcoming. The restaurant prepared excellent dishes for a reasonable price. The breakfast (included in the price) was excellent. Halil introduced us to a local carpet merchant from whom we purchased a hand woven Rah Rah Kilim, at a reasonable price. The courtyard is very welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money! The hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia is a must!

Charmant hotel. Les chambres sont tres agréables et le décor est magnifique. L'accueil est tres sympatique et le personnel aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est somptueux. L'Hotel fait restaurant (nous n'avons testé que le soir) avec buffet et plusieurs choix de plats, c'etait tres bon pour un prix raisonnable. L'Hotel est un peu excentré du centre ville d'Urgup, donc tres calme. Pas tres loin cependant mais ideal si on a une voiture de location.

Nice hotel, very good service, very good breakfast selection including tasty Turkish crepes, omelettes, excellent yogurt. A short walk to Urgup's main square. Very attentive and helpful owner and staff. Good size room and comfortable beds, good size bathroom, nice shower, clean, bedroom includes water boiler for tea/coffee. Only suggestion would be to install a light inside the armoire where the safety box is kept. Overall a very pleasant stay, would definitively recommend this hotel.

落ち着いた佇まいのホテルでした。トリプルルームに二人で泊ったのでゆったりとした空間を楽しめました。テラスからは庭も見渡せました。 スタッフも親切で丁寧でした。 市街地へは徒歩圏内で便利ですが結構な坂の上にあります。 駐車場もゆったりしていて停めやすかったです。

A warm welcome is assured at this lovingly restored cave hotel. The owners are always available to offer good advice on local tours. Each room has its individual character and the meals are generous and of a high standard. As a central locational to enjoy the sights of Cappodocia, this could not be bettered.

Excellent hotel, location...

Leuke patio, terrasje bij elke kamer, gelegenheid om buiten te eten/ontbijten. Heel erg vriendelijk personeel. Mooie, schone kamers en erg kindvriendelijke omgeving (campingbedje, kinderstoeltje). Wij komen zeker terug!
