Old Mill Inn

The Old Mill Inn was an incredibly quaint, comfortable, and authentic inn with a bed & breakfast level of hospitality. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so welcoming. While the location feels somewhat remote, it is absolutely worth making it a destination stay.

Back again at our favorite Inn in our favorite room over the falls - the Northampton Room. Love everything about the Inn - the decor, the comfortable bed, great towels and the wonderful staff - Deb, Marsha & Shannon. It’s a real testament that the same staff is there every time we visit. Thank you for my birthday gift! What a nice surprise with the complimentary breakfast on the weekend with great coffee.

Staff was very nice and breakfast was amazing

The hotel is a beautiful, renovated property in Hatfield, Massachusetts, ten minutes north of Northampton. The rooms are lovely and extremely clean. It was self check-in and self check-out, so there wasn't a lot of interaction with staff. A substantial and delicious Continental breakfast was offered to guests with amazing baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. I really liked this hotel and will happily stay here again.

The room was immaculately clean. The breakfast had amazing baked goods. The room was comfortable. It was walking distance to the tavern, which was nice.

Very self-service: Check in, breakfast. Made things very easy. The suite was great. The location with the picturesque waterfall was very relaxing.

Was using the internet for video conferencing for several hours in the evening and had one slight interruption.

We loved absolutely everything about this property! Deb greeted us when we arrived with a huge warm welcoming smile and a very thoughtful welcome bag! This Inn is all brand newly renovated and so beautiful! It’s incredibly charming and so well decorated with lots of personal touches! It is immaculate! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating! Our king suite was huge and so comfortable and clean! The view from our bedroom and living room was spectacular and the sound of the gushing falls was so peaceful! We have never slept better! Very comfy beds and pillows!! The breakfast was awesome!! Home made scones fresh out of oven. All kinds of pasty, an oatmeal bar and hot eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits!! Can not wait to go back!!!

The room was clean and cozy with a lovely sunrise river view. Great shower and very comfortable bed. We appreciated the extra touches, convenient charging ports and guest fridge access. Breakfast was wonderful! There were even celiac friendly options for my boyfriend.

The insulation in the room was a bit lacking so there was a lot of noise from other guests across the hall and the dining area below. We appreciated the complementary earplugs! It was understandable though with the historic building and it allowed us to wake up to the wonderful smell of baked goods, so not all bad :)
