Mass resort, lack of English knowledge from the staff.

Swimming pools is great, location & sand- beach is wonderful. Reservation staff is nice guy, care customer. Room is good and well equipped. We will come back!

Breakfast is buffet but very basic & not much choices, extra breakfast price is 320.000 vnd per person but this is not worthy. The hall way at night is very noisy, kids at the neighbors room was so noisy, call each other like in the market at night, while we are sleeping. This is bad point because this resort is relax vacation time.

The resort is situated in an ideal location, boasting a pristine sand beach and inviting, warm sea waters. Its surroundings are adorned with lush greenery, creating a friendly and serene atmosphere complemented by well-maintained plants and flowers. The swimming pools are clean, offering a refreshing oasis for guests to enjoy. The staff members at the resort are exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist. Their helpful demeanor and warm hospitality contribute to the overall positive experience for visitors (providing information, attending to requests, or making guests feel welcome and comfortable).

Excellent value for money, fab facilities and a very quiet room. I recommend it.

Could do with a little more lighting in the room

It's a beautiful resort, with beautiful pools and accommodation.

View out of the room was great, but the first floor rooms are on the same level as walkway, so everyone is looking in, and you have no privacy. So you'll end up closing the beautiful view out of your room. It's not worth the extra charge for the ocean view. Lundry service is way too expensive for the quality, our clothing came back in worse condition then we sent them. At least it was clean. As an example, my ubdershirt came back much longer than before the lundry service Shuttle bus service should be removed from the listing. First, they wanted to charge me 500k to pick me up from the airport, but they couldn't charge my card, so I asked to add that bill to the room and I'll pay as I'll be checking out. Then, I was told that all shuttle buses were booked for the whole month. But when I arrived at the resort, it was dead, not a lot of people were staying there and shuttle busses were never moved from their parking spots in the days I was there.
