"A real gem in Puno!"

The Hacienda Puno Hotel is a gem in Puno. The service is very friendly, the condition is very good, the location is perfect, and is a real value for the cost. The breakfast is plentiful and included but the cost of the food in the restaurant is a bit expensive.

Sehr Zentral angelegen. Rund um die Uhr freundliches Personal. Etwa veraltäte Zimmer allerdings sehr gepflegte Badezimmer. Je nach Zimmer es ist möglich, dass keine Belüftuntungsmöglichkeit gibt, weil kein Fenstervorhanden sind. Frühstück-Buffet ist ausreichend.

"Friendly Staff"

Extremely friendly staff. I arrived late and left early so I did not get to use all of the facilities. The staff prepared a nice boxed breakfast without me asking. Loved having an elevator and the room was larger than average. It took a while for the electric wall heater to warm the room but there were plenty of warm blankets already on the bed. My room had a bay window complete with desk. The street noise did not bother me but if you are a light sleeper ask for a room away from the street.

Buen lugar, fui para bailar en las fiestas, es seguro y el personal muy atento. Cuidan mucho la seguridad pues no permiten el ingreso de visitas a las habitaciones, así que mi peinadora tuvo que comprender y atenderme abajo. Fuera de eso, tomo muy bien
