Property Notes

The resort fee is a Club Card which includes access to the sport facilities, entertainment activities, beach service with parasols and sun loungers (upon availability). The Club card is mandatory from 30/05 to 27/09 included, at a cost of € 7,00 per person, per day for adults and children above 3 years old. In other periods soft entertainment. This fee is not payable for children under 3 years. Payment of total booking is required on arrival. Please note that access to the wellness and fitness centers is available on request and at an additional cost. The poolside pizzeria requires reservation. When booking a half board or full board option, drinks are included at the main buffet restaurant. Children aged 12 and under are not allowed in the wellness center.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Terrible time spoilt by building works and overcrowding"

Ruined time with family, dropped into a live building site, new building being constructed on site, deliveries turning up all day, roofers stood on roof watching all girls in the pool, loads of drilling, steel cutting, rooms next door being refurbished from 7 in morning, drilling hammering, gym shut, reception could not sort out anything out or interested in anyway absolutely terrible time, decking being constructed to beach, once finished kept moving very dangerous daughter tripped on moving boards, scaffolding tubes being cut and driven into ground to cover electricity cable running on top of land , internet didn’t work, fire in building next door, constant noise from helicopter flying up and down to deliver materials, too many guests absolutely packed could not get a table

Mycket riklig buffé med mycket att välja på. Sora fina ytor. Härliga poolområden. Snabb utcheckning och mycket stor och bra parkering.

Nagyon finom volt a reggeli és a vacsora. Szuper volt a környezet. A tengerpartja is gyönyörű.

A szobák nem voltak annyira tiszták még takarítás után sem.

"Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub"

Eine sehr schöne Anlage, alles sehr sauber wunderschöne Pools der eigene Strand sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, das kann ich nur weiterempfehlen empfehl.

Fijne ontbijt- en dinerbuffetten. Koffers en wijzelf werden naar kamer gebracht.

Il parco è meraviglioso Il personale numeroso è molto cordiale e gentile

Troppa confusione nellunico ristorante Urla di bambini non permettevano neppure di scambiarsi una parola Qualità del cibo media Stanza bella ma senza un bollitore Piscina grande con accanto cantiere rumoroso I servizi per cui avevo prenotato non erano tutti presenti (esempio piattaforma sugli scogli con accesso al mare) Dal 2018 (data mia ultimo soggiorno) diminuiti o peggiorati i servizi
