Manitou Pikes Peak Hotel

Mountain View! Clean room - comfy beds and pillows. Well designed property without a bunch of doors slamming shut all the time. Decent breakfast. Nice, helpful staff. We accidently left some personal items in our room and were able to get them back a day later. We were very grateful.

No complaints about the property. My beef is the fact that there is no free parking ANYWHERE near downtown Manitou Springs. It’s so sad - we’ve been there twice now and still have been unable to enjoy browsing the shops.

Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good w options to accommodate my kids too.

Property is close to a couple bars and there was some commotion outside for a while. Back side rooms of the hotel are probably quieter. No fault of the hotel itself though.

Great views and close to downtown Manitou Springs without the traffic congestion.

Breakfast was simple and cold

Very clean and friendly staff. Location good. Town shuttle was handy.

The hot selection for breakfast was just ok. But clean and staff were great.

The space, it wasn't crowded.

Heater wasn't working.
