Clean. Safe. Nice staff

No gluten free options for breakfast on biscuit day. No hot water in lobby for tea From the description I thought it was walking distance of downtown Manitou springs

Comfortable beds. Quiet location. Convenient to Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. Continental breakfast had lots of choices.

The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion were not very good. Shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling dry. Body wash dried out my skin also. The lotion stunk.
