Everything was great in room. The only thing that was upsetting was the pool was closed and hot tub wasn’t working.

This hotel should be closed down. There was a hole in the ceiling in the lobby and in our sleeping room. The hallway floor was soaking wet. The door to our room would not close so anyone could push the door and it would open. We returned to the front desk immediately for a refund and the front desk lady claimed she canceled the room but there was no cancellation email sent. This was an awful experience.

We showed up and were told our room didn’t have ac, in the middle of summer, incredibly hot. Did not offer a solution and try to book us at a different property. No concern, not worried about us, it was 1 am when we tried to check in and they didn’t care that we had to sleep in car. Horrible. Horrible

Breakfast very limited. Pool not working.Hot tub not working. Exposed electrical wiring in room and in common area. Ran out of conditioner in shower. All glass was dirty and steaked letting youknow how dirty everything else was too. Smelled bad. Never returning.

Lots of water damage from rain leaks. Visible broken room windows 1/2 boarded up. Smells very musty. Elevator is scary. Clanks when it rotates past a certain part of gears. Tv remote would not turn tv on/off. Bought some ice cream from snack area that had been thawed and refrozen and freezer burned. Was our 2nd time to stay and had definitely not improved any from first visit.
