Comfort Suites Gainesville

This place was sketchy unsafe for children, also smelly ,and there was a weird broken van in the parking lot ,also a broken window. Not to mention I was unable to take a bath due to the smell of sewage when you turn on the shower.. I got ice from the ice machine and started feeling sick and threw up in the parking lot .. This place is terrible and terrifying.. I do not recommend.

Staff was super friendly, location is great. Breakfast was really good.

So When I booked, I booked excited about the inside pool and hot tub. But when we got there pool and hot tub were closed, and had been close for a week, staff said. I ased to speak to Manager and front desk couldn't locate him. I believe that was false advertising and it should've stated online that pool was under maintenance. Well next day we were gone almost all day and when we returned pool was open. We got excited and went in but cleaning hose was still inside pool and hot tub was not working. So not sure what manager tried to do but we were still not satisfied. We will NOT be staying there again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. * note pool is closed. Breakfast was basic, waffle, ceral. Juice, hash brown, egg , sausage. Short drive to winstar.

Pool closed until further notice. Room was not clean and they would not change it. Staff were not able to be identified. Other options in the area - use them

Pool and hot tub closed for maintenance and facilities were not maintained and abandoned van in parking lot with flat tire which looked to have been there awhile The worst comfort inn suites we have ever stayed in

Proximity to Winstar. Hard to find at night Marginally clean, dust, mirrors dirty, Beds were clean and comfortable

I have stayed here several times. Hotel is always clean but the last two times the pool has not been working. This time I had a hard time to get clean towels & room cleaning. Locations is good.

The room was very comfortable for the four of us who were staying overnight after watching a concert. Cozy beds, plenty of pillows, and a working air conditioning that kept it cool. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Lower overall rating is mainly due to the facilities needing a bit of a remodel. In spite of that we would stay again because the room served its purpose - a clean, cool place to rest overnight before hitting the road.
