I really liked this hotel. My husband has a bad back and the mattress was a little soft and lumpy for him.

The breakfast was nasty I seen a roach by the food in eating area there was atleast four receptacle covers missing in eating area very dangerous my room had exposed electrical wires hanging out from ceiling the pool was mercy couldnt even see the bottom the hot tub was cold water didn't get in either

Pool was dirty. The only ice machine that worked was on the 3rd floor

Staff was great

They had to give us a new room because the first room had issues. Staff was very nice and took care of us quickly.

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable but down stairs was hot! The elevator had a sign that said only four people at a time, and it made a lot of popping noises. We took the stairs most of the time. For what I spent to stay, I expected a prettier place. The outside looked nice but the inside was grungy! I was so disappointed! The inside pool was open but the hot tub didn't work. They had the hot tub empty and no rope or signs or caution tape around it. Just a big empty hole in the ground. So dangerous! The pools hand rale on the steps wasn't even attached in the pool, it just wiggled around! I will not ever stay at this hotel again. It wasn't worth $220 for one night, at best $65 for the night! We might has well stayed at a motel 6!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!

The staff was friendly and check in/out was fast. There was a weird smell in the whole building, even room. The room was humid even with ac on. The elevator was making noises and shaking, very scary. The bathtub made creaking sounds like it was cracking, but it wasn’t. It was an ok stay, but probably won’t stay there again. Didn’t try the pool or breakfast.

Hotel is convenient if you’re going to the casino and driving back. Management doesn’t spend the money to give it the feel of a regular Comfort Inn. Feels on a budget. Little rules taped every where. You can’t adjust the temperature in your room. No food allowed in your room. Towels are cheap towels. Overall safe and convenient.
