Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Conyers/Atlanta Area

The staff could not have been nicer but the rooms were dirty and smelled.. We had 4 rooms booked and 3 of us had to change rooms 3 times to find one that did not have mold or were smelly and dirty and the TVs did not work. We were booked for 3 nights but checked out after the first night and moved to another hotel.Stay some place else.

Never will I stay here again was very uncomfortable room was dirty family emergency only reason I stayed n could not find anything else bathroom door didn't close floor was sticky remote didn't work sheets was stain front desk clerk very rude

The Staff was not professional and they were not courteous.

The next morning after checking in late the night before, I started to take my shower. Unfolding the shower curtain I noticed dried blood stains on the curtain. Had no time to wait for housekeeping to bring a new one, so I asked the person at the desk to have housekeeping attend to it. When I returned that evening, it was not done.

This property was awful! It does not look anything like the picture - it is dirty, rust all over in bathroom and paint not done. It says there is hairdryers, I was told I could not get one because it was locked in maintenance closet. There was loud music, people sitting out in the hall at all hours of the night. The tv is plugged into a power strip laying on the desk, with chords everywhere.

I am absolutely appalled and dissappinted with a recent experience at this location. Between the trash IN THE bathtub and outside the hotel, empty toilet roll upon arrival, molded ceiling, exposed electrical outlet, and hostile staff (just to name a few)- I would advise no one to even consider this location. The space was unlivable to say the least - we had to leave and buy Clorox before even using the restroom. That was AFTER being transferred to multiple rooms. - upon settling in the third & final room, we had to request toilet paper (none in the room) as well as leave the hotel to purchase bleach so that we could use the restroom with comfort. Additionally, the parking lot was littered with trash and bugs manifested the walls of the rooms. Should also mention the tv that didn’t even turn on the hairy sink. Such a disgrace. Please let me know how this will be resolved. And no one should be allowed to stay here.

The hotel clerk checked us into a dirty room. That is totally unacceptable!!!

Disappointed with state of property ,facility needs upgrade, old non functioning equipment. If facility was clean I would consider staying longer, I had to switch room due to dirty bathroom

Would not recommend. Strong, strong odor. Very thin walls and ceiling/floor - very noisy. No breakfast offered, even though it is listed as an amenity. A very unrestful night’s sleep.
