Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Conyers/Atlanta Area

I left at 4 am. the noise was horrible. room next to me was letting people in/out of side door all night. door would slam shut and rattle my room door bathroom floor was completely flooded when i came in, they gave me towels to soak it up and walk on!! no maintenance

I called 10 hours before arriving and paid for a room. I just got done work a 18 hour shift. I showed up to check in and no one came to the desk or answered the phone. I would recommend not stay here.

It's highway robbery to stay in a low class hotel that's not even clean or the rooms are infiltrated with smoke from other rooms or from someone that had smoked in a smoke free room. Towels were stained with something brown. The sheets were also dingy. The floor couldn't we walked on without shoes or you would get dirt on your feet. The light fixtures nest to the bed were gone. The cost was ridiculously high for what you get.

My trip at Microtel Inn and suites by Wyndham was a total loss I would not recommend anyone to this hotel I am so glad that I did not bring my wife and my kids we had two other rooms and we all had problems with our stay When we left the room Saturday morning I was glad to stay at Harley dealership all day so that I did not have to go back to room but I knew I had to go back to go to sleep and that’s all I used it for

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, there is also no form of breakfast. Water leaking onto floor from the a/c unit, smoke detector was not installed. Property in need on repairs. I'm not picky but they advertise a fridge and we really needed one and it was not there, we have to use a cooler instead. And no breakfast of any kind even though it is clearly advertised.

I’ve been trying to get the receipt of my stay and I haven’t received it. Plus this place stink. Im in the military and I need it. They are very irresponsible and their customer service is not the best. I spent more than a week to contact them and when I finally did, they couldn’t send my receipt. Definitely this place is a no go for me and my team.

Very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Overall the grounds were very rundown the pool was not open. We did not have access to the conference room to work. Customers are made to take their own trash to the outside dumpster.The interior was very dirty including the carpets that were ripped and torn. Nothing like what was portrayed on the Internet.

This hotel is filthy, dangerous and I would not recommend to anyone. Guest are required to take their own trash to the dumpster or face a $50 fine. There was trash stacked outside the front door due to this. There was no breakfast.

Truly a filthy, broken down property with a very seedy element who seem to frequent the property. Rust, mold, broken locks, broken furniture. Walked in, was disturbed, got key, went to room, door was already ajar and the room was filthy and nasty, dressers and closet doors broken, rust and mold all over. I went back to the desk and got the heck out of their.

Stinky odors throughout the hotel. Suspicious activity noticed outside and people hanging around the front desk. Floor is saturated at A/C unit. No smoke detector in room, floors not vacuumed, hairs everywhere on the walls, bedding and towels, dead bugs seen in toilet paper cubby, very rusty Kleenex box, leaky faucet, shower head with pink mold. Grimy hairdryer. We had to go buy cleaning products to clean the room and bought sheets from Walmart to lay on top of the bed as to NOT touch the bedding. Three fitted sheets on one bed like they are layering. We left the room cleaner than we entered. Elevator shakes and makes hard stop going up. Had to take our trash out to the dumpster or there is a$50 charge. We did that and still got charged! Tried to call hotel to talk with manager, but no one answers the phone. Customer service was called to report issues. Could not wait to leave!!! Will NEVER go back there!!! Horrifically GROSS!!
