"I love the location, and the hotel is pretty clean."

The location is so convenient to many of the Chinese restaurants and excellent dim sum places and attractions that I am absolutely delighted.

It is no fault of the hotel. A obnoxious guest was smoking in the stairway at night.

"Good location, price and services."

From our arrival to our leaving the whole experience was great. Nice room, good facilities accomodatoing our needs. Great customer service reception staff very helpful. Great location and easy parking. Good breakfast area and overall the stay was amazing and I will recomend this to anyone I know. Thank you for a great stay.

Just a little comment here, as it's not a dislike but more of a suggestion. The fruit selection was of poor quality and there are only two breakfast burritos on offer per day in a hotel with over a hundred people staying. You have to be there at 6am to get one. Also the egg and potato quality was random.

Room was spacious. The location was great. Free Breakfast.

There was a staff member in the breakfast Area very rude to my children. She did not have good attitude and kept staring at us very rudely.

"No help, unprofessional."

The property was close to the hospital my husband was in. The daytime worker was very polite.

The night person was beyond rude. I told him I couldn’t connect to the internet and he said he couldn’t help me because I had an iPhone. Supposedly you put your last name and room number to connect. It wasn’t working for me. Additionally, there were no directions on how to get the t.v. to work. He couldn’t help me with that either because he couldn’t leave the desk. Although he wasn’t desk when I was asking for help. He looked like a hoodlum with the hoodie of his sweatshirt on his head. The unprofessionalism of this guy was unbelievable. I will be spending many more days down here, but this hotel is not getting my business. The breakfast was gross too.

That was the only part I wasn't happy with. Poor selection.

A better food selection. Seems like they were doing on the cheap.
