Our toilet had feces stains from the last person who stayed in the room and front desk was unaccommodating.

Ubicacion was close to my meeting

Noise people around 3am taking and making noise for more than 1 hour.. I can't believe the front desk can do nothing about it if they have the cameras.. very disappointed we can rest
