Hilton Garden Inn Gainesville

Nice place to stay!

Spent 18 nights due to a family emergency, all the employees were great, shout out to Connor H, who they sent up to fix my toilet, was done in about 30 minutes. This hotel is in a great place, clean and the staff is always helpful.

It started out rough. I found a big roach crawling on a light and had no hot water. However, one call to the front desk and everything was fixed. Don’t let the roach scare you. This is Florida and Palmetto bugs are everywhere.

Hilton whole system was down and I couldn’t check in. The staff was super helpful and manually checked me in and gave me a room, but I couldn’t get a key to leave the room and when I checked out in the morning I was charged a late fee for my check in. The room didn’t feel super clean and the floor was extremely sticky. But the staff was super nice and the bed was clean.

Rooms were pretty spacious with king bed. They had one comfortable chair but easily could have fit one couch turns into bed. Spacious bathroom as well. Breakfast was not included in our room, but seemed like they had some hot breakfast to order too as well as basic breakfast items on the buffet table style set up area. Will be great to for longer stay with spacious room

New hotel at a new location that did not exist before. Close to all the locations we visited and my son’s apartment in Gainesville, FL. Pleasantly surprised by this hotel.
