Great hotel friendly staff always a nice stay

Was surprised at how large the room was, clean and comfortable

Just OK experience, nothing outstanding. No free breakfast , rooms nice but don't like the fact you have to ask for change of sheets and towels. Took hours to come and change sheets and never received the extra towels. Some frustration with the rules and policies that are displayed on the Hotel.com site that don't match the Hilton's policies. And neither will take responsibility. I suggest calling the hotels yourself to get their refund cut off policies and minimum days availabilities. No communication, apparently, between the hotel finding services and the hotels.

We spend a significant number of nights per year in hotels (around 40-50), so I feel like we have reasonable expectations. We have always been pleased with the Hilton Garden Inn brand because it’s typically inexpensive and very clean, the two things more important to us on brief overnight stays. We had major issues with our bathroom, including a leaking shower (which we didn’t need to use so it wasn’t an issue) and a sink faucet handle that was dripping when we went in and broke off in our hand when we attempted to actually turn it on to use it. Inside was corroded with hard water and what appears to be some kind of adhesive/putty. Because it was very late, we didn’t move rooms despite the running sink (shutting the valves didn’t completely stop it). When notifying the front desk at checkout, we didn’t ask for a partial refund or anything but just wanted to make sure that it was noted and could be fixed for the next guest. Instead we got what came across as condescending that it was hard water and normal in Florida. We are from Florida and know hard water, but we have never had a faucet handle break off in our hand. A simple sorry and thanks for letting us know would seem to be the courteous customer service response. Definitely makes me appreciate our treatment at Marriott properties.

Second consecutive stay, hands-down the most accommodating staff. High praise to the happy hour menu and the quiet atmosphere. As long as this place is open, I will continue to make reservations to stay.

Room more than Acceptable, staff went out of their way to assist in using printer for boarding passes and when two days of flight cancellation due to storms treated us like kings. Thanks to Jacob and tia li

Great overnight stay. This hotel has been recently updated and the lobby is very nice. Rooms felt clean and comfy. Very close to fast food, table service food and places like Target and Best Buy. It’s also close to interstate and the campus. Would stay again.

We were overcharged for our room. Check your booking receipt before you leave. I tried calling hotel and there was no answer.
