The mattress was hard and stiff. And the lughts outside the room at night make it seem like its stil daylight out with the curtains closed.

I'm beyond exhausted from this experience...check in was lengthy, toilet was non working so had to move rooms, new room had zero garbage cans. Attempted to swim but zero pool towels and the pool was dirty. Hotel advertised hot breakfast but I discovered after asking only had coffee. The hotel room was like a sauna and took 4 hours to cool down enough to attempt sleep! The icing on the cake?? I so wonderfully discovered at a 2am bathroom trip, they had roaches! Never again. This hotel should be removed, I am beyond frustrated this was listed with Orbitz and had I known I would have never booked this.

Seems this place is an old convention center. There is lots of space and a good inside pool for kids. I stayed for 3 days and never saw a maid. So they don't seem to clean rooms. There is no breakfast. There is coffee available but no coffee maker in the rooms. The parking lot has weeds, yes the parking lot but there is plenty of space to park. The cooling system worked well. The TV worked well. My shower worked well but sprayed the ceiling. My toilet ran periodically....it did flush though. The bed and pillows were fine....I slept pretty good. Good location, safe, quiet with eating places and stores within walking distance. Overall, not bad but certainly some things could be better.

The place is sketchy at best. Run down, daylight around the air conditioner let mosquitoes in. Refrigerator did not work. Ice machine hadn't worked in a long time as there was cob webs on it. Missing light bulbs. No tissues or shampoo. Basically disgusting. Stay anywhere else!

We had a room right off the pool, this was great for staying with kids who wouldn’t get out of the pool. Staff was very helpful with billing issue I had and took care of it before I left hotel. (It was an Expedia issue not hotels) I see a lot of other reviews and I wouldn’t let this scare you, we had a great stay in an affordable hotel. The outside area around hotel could be nicer but we didn’t come to hang out outside hotel.
