Argosy Casino & Hotel

Our room was on the first floor with the casino. The smoke was awful. Restaurants were nice but the pizza restaurant is in the casino and kids aren't allowed in (understandably) but seems like a bad idea to put it in the casino, the main restaurant that a kid would want to eat at. Housekeeping never came although we had the button checked for service. I called the desk for towels and that never came either. Had to go get them after 45 minutes. $12 a day for amenities and no room service. I picked this hotel because it wasn't far from where we had to travel daily. I'll deal with the longer drive next time.

Friends wedding and hotels downtown were too expensive and so this was a fun alternative and would 10/10 do it again

Fun stay. I wasn’t interested in gambling but the food choices were great. My biggest issue was that everything smelled like cigarettes-except my room. My room was great. Wish they still had the spa!

There was no hot water in the sink. When you turned the handle, nothing came out. We told them at the front desk. No one fixed it nor we were offered another room. The hot water in the shower came on, but was not very warm. The room itself needed to be updated or at least cleaned better. We left a day earlier than was planned. Due to timing, we did not get a refund, which we understood.
