Travelodge by Wyndham Dunsmuir

Pretty clean but needs to be updated. Some road noise. Breakfast in diner was good, dinner not so much

No breakfast served at this facility. Nice location. Tripped me up as Wyndham not anywhere at or on building. I accidentally left at home my print out of the place w/o address and photo. But the place was still easy to find (in small town) and looked like the photo I remembered. But I only remembered "Wyndham", not Travel Lodge. Oh well, my fault. Easy access into hotel, except no elevator for rolling suitcase and cooler. Had to lug upstairs. Glad I'm in shape. ;-) Place very clean, pretty quiet overnight, no nightmare neighbors, had "normal" cable and I just had to press "ON" on the remote and was able to watch HBO, no charge. The previous night's place had little choice for "free" as most everything was charged/used by way of guest having password to Netflix or whatever. I do not, so Travel Lodge Dunsmuir was GREAT in that regard. I would stay there again.

All was good. Can't think of anything that I didn't like about the place. Ohhh, perhaps the curb at the entrance door could be enhanced by a smoother curb for roller luggage. Had to go out of my way to used one a few parking spaces down for my one heavy roller, But I survived. :-)

Cute little hotel in Dunsmir close to downtown. Staff were nice and the breakfast next door was a perk

Comfortable and quiet. Clean. Had to request to have a coffe pot in room that was below standard. No continental breakfast

Rooms are big and clean

The dinner wasn’t really running - I was encouraged to go to the pizza place in town…long drive and wanted something local really

We have stayed here before, and we will stay here again! Comfortable beds, nice accommodations, very quiet even though not far from the freeway.

The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. She discovered the plate on my truck was about to fall off and then fixed it for me. I was so grateful.

Friendly welcoming staff, clean rooms and premises, views of majestic mount Shasta and the green draped mountains around plus convenience of diner on the property. Will visit again. Cheers 🙂

All the associates we interacted with were friendly, personable, respectful and accommodating. Penny’s Diner employees were the same. My wife and I ate two breakfasts at Penny’s. Each breakfast was prepared perfectly and tasted delicious. Our room was clean as was the Travelodge.
