Stylish room, nice building

Very noisy, annoying heating. Could not sleep, always woke up when it started periodically

Perfect location to the down town of Lenox and all that it has to offer. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The breakfast was one of our favorite parts of our trip. They always have brownies and tea/coffee available as well as games to play on down time. We loved our stay and cannot wait to be back.

The main lobby has an unpleasant odor. It was the scent of an old building. Therefore, I guess there is not much they can do about it.

Spiders and webs all around even on steps hardly dusted, clean sinks and toilets even a birds nest under light top of stairs no bird using nest

The breakfast under the old management there was more variety They ran out of English Breakfast Tea and claimed they could not get any from their supplier But they could buy this at the local grocery

We used to get sangria every night no more

The property is very pretty and relaxing outside - lovely outdoor gardens, tables and chairs. Very nice complimentary bottle of wine in the room plus brownies in the lobby in the afternoon and a tea bar. Breakfast was delicious.

The price of the room for the quality of it- a little off. Room was small, dark and damp however everything was clean and sufficient.
