"Lack of communication"

The beachfront unit was large and well appointed. Comfortable beds and an excellent location overlooking the beach at Sorrento. We have stayed several times before and rebooked again.

I booked and paid two days before the arrival date. On arrival at 2pm I was told that the resort had a planned power outage from 0700 to 1730. Subsequently, lights , refrigeration, air conditioning were not working. In addition to this the pool was closed as the filtration was off. The temperature that day was 37c. I discovered later that the resort had known for a week that this was scheduled. If I had been told of the power outage schedule i would have booked elsewhere as we were both looking forward to a quiet pleasant afternoon. We paid $306 for room that we could not use for half our stay. Not happy.

Great location Under cover car park Close by shops, restaurants

*Some renovations or upgrades should be done. *Fridge in the room, old, seal broken and dirty *A/C im the room was leaking( fixed quickly) *Very poor wifi connection
