Quality Resort Sorrento Beach

Staff and location were amazing.

Rooms and pool area are basic but nice. Note that there's no allocated parking for each room, which can be annoying if you need to park a distance away.

Had no communication about a pre-planned power outage, so no lights, air con, or pool on a near 40 degree day. I would have appreciated a message before arriving as I had travelled for work and couldn't work in my room nor go for a swim.

The Staff where friendly and the unit was clean, nice view - basic room

The unit was so noisy, not from the road noise but from inside. All we heard were doors banging people talking all afternoon and from 7am in the morning - there is no seal at the bottom of the door to the unit and we were located near the stair well and entrance to the lobby, definitely not a restfull stay for the price tag

Walking distance to beach, cafes and restaurants

Air con only in living area and was positioned that it blew into the kitchen area. This made the bedroom hot even with the ceiling fan on.
