Keraton Jimbaran Beach Resort

Nice place but wanted to charge us $40 a night for a hide a bed. Hide a bed was a ratty, dirty mattress - riduculous

It's an old hotel in need of some maintenance. The exterior is nice though as is the location. The services are overpriced and likely to be expected. Lots of mosquitos, even in the rooms.

The resort was beautiful....right on the beach. Breakfast was good and food excellent. Need to take taxi to get anywhere as nothing I the area to see.

Expectations well met. Would definitely recommend and definitely would come back and stay there again.

Nice beach for swimming in front of the hotel. Manicured garden with lots of bonsai trees. Outside of hotel, only local shops are available.

Staff very friendly and helpful, gardens and grounds stunning and right on the beach wonderful and clean. Pool was clean and nice for swimming or just sitting next to. Bed bit hard but room was great really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here next time I am in Bali

It is a good place with super beach access (sandy sundown beach, not totally overrun). But it is a bit off center, and there is less choice for services, particularly for massages. The hotel is solid, has nice gardens, but in our experience you could get even a decent bit more in Bali for the same prize, but alas I guess you pay some for the beach sundown location. Thee room was clean but paritcularly the bathroom and the rooms was rather small as were the utility shower rooms for leaving guests.

First 2 nights in upstairs superior room which was spacious, clean but poor view. Downstairs rooms definitely better. Moved to pool villa which was enormous, clean with beautiful marble bathroom with shower plus bath and bidet. Also large dressing area and lounge and dinning room. The tap was broken on spa bath and water cold and so got refund on flower bath that was filled for us so not able to use the bath at all. The day bed at pool was tired looking unlike the other day bed situated just before going inside villa. The 4 poster bed great. The pool was clean but limestone tiles on steps broken and cleaned some algae off with a brush as slippy. Our pool was not overlooked by others no 402. Cockerels nearby too loud every am. Not informed afternoon tea and cocktail included in villa rate till we saw the bill breakdown .Breakfast was good and bar and restaurant good as well . Sun beds on beach very tired looking. Never saw any staff at swim up pool bar. The spa was too expensive for me. Seafood restaurants nearby right or left. A very Balanese architectural hotel which is what I wanted but it was a bit too isolated and quiet for me.

Great beach access, beautiful pool, lovely property. After travelling around Bali, I found the staff to be less friendly, warm and customer focused than in other smaller areas. Perhaps just comes with the big city! Spa is very small with limited offerings, but okay. Again, massages in other areas were superior and less expensive. Still a bargain by US standards. Loved dining under the gorgeous trees on the beach! Hotel staff not too helpful re finding a yoga class, booking a car, et al. Very convenient to airport (15 minutes) while being a beach resort. Lots of young, noisy tourists :-)

Beautiful setting.very authentic. But noisy air-conditioning in my room.more assistance with tourism brochures would have been helpful. Service was adequate. Room service very good. Muesli as a breakfast option would have been nice. Disappointed in the beach as the water had rubbish in it. Really liked the way the resort was set out.
