Keraton Jimbaran Beach Resort

Great spot for a relaxing long weekend. Pool side bar a little on the pricey side with a large Bintang costing aud 11. Super friendly staff and great breakfast selection.

Hotel would have been amazing in its heyday. There are a few easy wins that could improve the hotel dramatically; give guests a resort map on check in and explain where breakfast is, offer bag collection from rooms on check-out and update the linen. Whilst I don't doubt the cleanliness the linen in my room was badly stained. Outside of this the resort is pleasent and well located.

Travelling back to my family in Australia solo and decided to have a jet lag recovery break in Bali. Got in very late from Amsterdam and was exhausted. Staff at front desk were wonderful. So helpful and couldn't be friendlier. Got room service which was yummy (mixed satay). Slept like a log. Woke up with gecko chirping and soft voices outside. Breakfast was more than you could wish for and took a table outside right next to the beach. Watching the local kids play and the bait fishermen going about their daily business was a joy. So relaxing. Have to say, the bonsai specimens along the walk to breakfast / beach were mind blowing and a testament to the history of the resort as well as the caring gardeners at Keaton, you rock! Had four wonderful nights here.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel during my five nights there. Food was good. Nice beach (found it better than Padang Padang beach) in terms of its cleanliness (and the soft white sand). Liked the pool too! Even a computer and printer available at the hotel lobby for guests' use. Polite and attentive hotel staff.

This is so far the cheapest luxury hotel I found lined up along Jimbaran Bay (to think that this location is known for high-end hotels and resorts). The Balinese-inspired ambience makes you feel at home with the Balinese culture. Its beach front is not crowded at all and within walking distance to the seafood cafes offering sunset dinner. Overall, if you need a relaxed atmosphere and location in a truly Balinese environment, this is THE place to be!

Beautiful resort in perfect position, right on the beach at Jimbaran Beach. Hotel was beautifully maintained and clean, the pool area was beautiful. The bonsai plants throughout the gardens were interesting and lovely to look at. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff were friendly, polite and attentive. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was great. Mostly couples at this resort.

Staff were attentive, the beach was at your doorstep and the hotel felt like you were staying in an oasis. Will definitely stay here again!!

My husband, 2 small children and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The grounds were beautiful with lots of lovely little details everywhere you looked. Breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but covered the basics and we always left satisfied. Wifi was a little slow. I'll definitely recommend to friends traveling to that area and would stay again myself if I was looking to stay in that area again.

The rooms are relatively basic and simple (although the hand-carved wood touches are beautiful), and the grounds are lovely. Direct access to a nice beach that wasn't overrun by tourists. Only 10-15 minutes to the airport. Lots of local restaurants and shops nearby on the main road.
