Lovely gardens well maintained

Very strange how when you got a breakfast you get a basket with a croissant and pastry and fruit and muesli. If you’re a single person you get the basket to yourself if you’re two people you get one basket with the same amount of food in. Then you have the option of an à la carte breakfast menu as part is breakfast included.

Wij sliepen begane grond en op zich dus heel rustig maar andere gasten vonden het nodig om om 00:50 uur ‘s nachts voor onze deur te gaan staan en hard te roepen en een kind in de wandelwagen met een tekenfilm op volume 100

I have a nice long stay and it was great. Very relaxing and comfortable stay. No issues and a great pool for swimming and socialising with a great swim up bar. Location was great. I'd stay again . ❣️

Great price

The pool steps were very slippery and the water was a bit too warm. It needs an upgrade but otherwise good

One of my favorite hotels ever. Very clean. I had room service a few nights and they always brought the food and drink fast. All staff are friendly.

The staff were so attentive, helpful & friendly... from the Porters assisting with luggage or stopping traffic out the front to cross safely, to the reception staff going out of their way to assist with queries, Food & Beverage Staff, to Housekeeping - All were Superb!! Matahari Bungalows is in a great location and minutes from Beachwalk Shopping Centre or the Beach... either by foot, Scooter or Car. The Pool was by far a favourite! In prime position being exposed to the Sun all day long. Great access to pool lounges and the swim up bar and the cocktails list were enjoyed by the group. The rooms vary. I myself was lucky to get a Deluxe Garden View Room which had been renovated. All rooms had icy cold aircon when needed. Looks can be deceiving from the street which truly hides a quiet hidden oasis upon large grounds. We were thrilled with the massive variety of breakfast foods that were available and offered at Breakfast daily.

Mattresses were on the firmer side but still comfortable. Outside neighbours dog/s barked a lot especially at night time.
