The breakfast was excellent Both the room and the communal areas were very clean

The single bedroom was a little small and the bed would have benefited from a headboard The safe was not working (reported on check out to the hotel) - not a big issue

Lovely old hotel , very simple but warm welcoming and clean.

It’s in the depth of the countryside- roads to it are very dark at night

Great location, comfy rooms and good price.

Room was not up to standard with cleanliness. We found a huge toenail in our room which we reported. Although we were given an apology, we were not offered someone to clean it up or any compensation. The floors in the upstairs fir tree court must also be very thin as we were woken up several times by a very heavy footed upstairs neighbour.

Nice staff, beautiful surroundings.

My room had no hot water and the radiator didn't work. I raised this with the staff but nothing was done.

Lovely place and the food All the staff was Amazing ,at Xmass party At check in as well staff was amazing We had lovely Xmas party there .

No where to charge your phone next to the bed No table light No extra blanket No extra duvet or bedding or anything to keep warm No extra pillows No extra plugs

Window srewed shut. The room i got was not on the profile picture, that was the first shock! The stuff keep taking away buscuits from the coffee machine as soon as i would help myself. This happened a couple of times when i had asked to have a coffee. Very odd!
