Lovely reception rooms

The bedroom was tiny - double bed against the wall. Tried to move the bed but then the bathroom door won’t open. I ended up sleeping on the floor - l would never book again

The hotel certainly looks the part, and the staff I met were very friendly and helpful.

The towels were stained, the room looked tired and when I checked out, it was early 05:30, there was nobody to feedback my issues to.

Didn't realise it is a popular wedding venue which disrupts the dining arrangements slightly. A bit inconvenient but not a major issue.

I booked the Hotel for my 60th birthday lunch for nearly 50 people. Prior to the event I dealt with and made arrangements with Zoe the event organiser. Zoe was attentive at all times and made suggestions/recommendations to ensure my event went well. On the day itself all Staff were brilliant and went out of their way to assist in any way they could. Paul who looked after the running of my event and the bar staff were excellent. The cooked food that was served for lunch was exceptional. All of my guests had a wonderful time. At least 8 couples all stayed the night at the hotel and then met for breakfast - which was equally as good. Thank you to all at Highfield Park for really making my 60th birthday celebrations perfect. I will definitely be back.
