I liked how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Getting vouchers and bracelets for some of the activities was such a nice surprise! Having two restaurants on the property is such a good idea. The indoor pool being open until 11pm was awesome - great job always having clean towels. I loved how short of a walk the hotel is to the village and how easy parking was. The lounge having lots of places to sit and also board games was a great idea. The only downside were that the walls were thin so you could hear the neighbors. Always felt very safe and comfortable. All in all, a nice stay and would def book again. Thanks again, Blue Mountain Inn!

Clean and quiet 5 min walk to village

Clean hotel, but it appears that room cleaning service is not usually included. They only emptied the recycling bin. I had to make my own bed and take out the trash myself.

Loved the onsite breakfast at pottery. Enjoyed the clean, safe, warm atmosphere. Pool and hot tubs were awesome. Bed could be a little comfier. Overall great value!

This hotel was very close to the village...able to walk was great. Down falls would be...no microwave in room, no lotion in bathroom, sheets were like paper, perhaps too much starch, and bed was so uncomfortable-had a sore back for most of the morning.

The room needs a bit of upgrade. The washroom vent did not work. The tiles in the shower needs upgrade or cleaning. There were black spots around the grouting

Friendly staff, clean hotel walking distance to the village.

The staff have been unbelievably amazing! It’s so refreshing to receive such wonderful service, it’s seems very hard to come by these days. Everyone we’ve encountered from check in have been so helpful, friendly and kind! I will definitely be back here! The rooms are clean, the pool was so nice and warm and the shuttle to the village has been super helpful with kids.

This was a fantastic stay. The staff at the Blur Mountain Inn, specifically Bruce at the front desk, were amazing hosts. One of the housekeeping staff saw me returning my empty luggage cart upon checking and offered to return it for me so I didn’t have to go back down to the lobby. We ate at both restaurants on site and our servers at each location were lovely, personable, and made the experience that much better. Overall, I’m very happy with this experience and look forward to returning!
