This was an excellent stay, they upgraded our room to a ground level with a balcony near the hot tubs. Very quiet and convenient, the price was reasonable due to the added perks for a food voucher and gondola ride to the top of the mountain.

We had a lovely stay at the Blue Mountain Inn. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and the food in both The Pottery restaurant and Jozo’s was excellent (very hearty and filling and delicious.) The extra activities that come with check-in at the resort are great. All in all we had a great stay and would go back.

FILTHY! Upon entry it smelled sweaty. White dust and debris lined the entire room of dark carpet, I mean it looks like they have never used an edging tool to clean the room to the walls. The centre area under the beds has NEVER been vaccuumed as it had such a thick layer of dust. An old contact lense was stuck to the bathroom wall above a little shelf by the mirror and splaters of junk here and there everywhere. The glass shower door was dirty with splatters of stuff. The tissue box in the bathroom had a big wad of used tissue sticking up out of it and below the wad it look to be filled with garbage. The bathroom sliding door was broken and the metal lock fixture fell off repeatedly. You can't beat the location of The Blue Mountain hotels. We chose it for the convenience for a last minute all day fun event at the adventure park at Blue. The Inn is the furthest from the fun but wont break the bank. Maybe the hotels 10 min away would have been a better choice!

Blue Mountain Inn is the place to stay when accessing Blue Mountain! The rate included access to some Blue Mountain amenities (beach, gondola, hiking) and a $20 dining voucher. Bruce at the front went above and beyond for our kiddo’s birthday - he made them feel extra special!

Room need an update. Carpet dirty and worn. No microwave in the room and small fridge

Overall its recommendable

The only thing is they should renovate the rooms and remove the old carpets
