Blue Mountain Resort Home Collection

Went for 5 nights to relax and unwind. Excellent check in service by Kelvin, received coupons for their 3 restaurants and wristbands for 4 activities which were appreciated. Indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzis which we never used and a large lunge area with a few games. Room was very spacious with a mini fridge and coffee maker, comfortable beds and a Juliet balcony so we could open the door to get fresh air. It is an older building so the rooms were a little dated and you could hear the tootles flushing mad showers running but all in all, was a great stay.

Amazing stay! Everything was perfect — super clean, beautiful resort, and excellent service. Couldn’t ask for more!

Excellent front service desk staff.

Worse worse worse ..Worse rooms..in expedia it was showing rooms r spacious but when we actually went in from 6 to 8 the rooms were a mess.On 6th we spoke to the front desk of upgradation but the queen was full..they told us they could accomodate us in the other hotel at georgian or so but we did not wwnt to go after coming all the way with an infant.very slow service right from sewing machine to delivering linens, to cups.Bed mattress was so huge my mother in law couldnt even climb when asked the front desk she said all the mattresses were of same size.I have never seen a hotel with such huge mattresses.my mother in law slept two nights on the floor.Very very horrible service..there were white lights in the room instead of warm yellow.we asked them to change they said no..Worse hotel ..rooms looks as if we r living in the 15th century..Very bad ...i only stayed here two days since my sons first bday and wanted to do something for him...very very bad experience.

Short walk to blue mountain. Short drive to surrounding towns for other activities.

Nice and close to the village

So tired and dirty even the bed bugs pass on this place

The hotel is well situated close to the Village. We booked this hotel based on the photos posted on Expedia where one of the photos shows an outdoor pool with a waterfall. This pool is nowhere to be found! Had we known that we would have chosen a different hotel.
