I had problems with the bathroom and TV and don’t light one night
This hotel has a program at night that starts at 9 or 10 in the evening and does not stop until 4 in the MORNING! It is extremely loud music and we and many of the other guests just could not sleep at night. We complained several times but Management did not care at all. Also, when the cleaning ladies are mopping in the reception or anywhere, there are no "wet floor" signs. I slipped twice and almost fell. I have hip replacement so I did not feel safe. Also the beach is filthy. Broken glass everywhere and trash. The pool tiles were coming off in many places and there were a couple of times the water was green because there was no pool maintenance. It seems that the Manager only cares about this night life program because he never talked to any of the guests and had no intention of changing this. I went there to rest and relax and could not at all. Expedia needs to put in the description of this hotel about the music because if I had know this, I would never have booked at this hotel.
I was there for one night . The property was under construction. Darks everywhere. Wifi is not working . Tv is not working properly. Shower in bed condition. Bed cover aged of 60 years. Mattress is very hard

Very bad , I am a regular customer with you but it shame for you to put hotel like this one in you website!!!! I rent 2 room for two nights each , one room I stay only one day and left the second night The other room we didn’t take at all
The doors are not safe to leave any valuable stuff inside, but you can leave them at the reception. You can park the vehicle behind the locked gate. Friendly staff but the place wasn't too clean. I did not expect miracles for the price.
The only thing that annoyed me was the acoustics. I could hear in details what was happening in the next room. Otherwise, everything else was acceptable
