Staff was very courteous and food was very good and tasty
The front desk is saying that we don’t have a hotel reservation when I already fully paid it in Hotels.com. The hotel is pretty much ok for a short stay. The bed is ok but the pillows were hard causing me and my friend both had a stiff neck the next day. They have not maintained much the place as it is off season.
Slow internet. Room is outdated. They gave mosquito. Power was interrupted in the night for 3 hours. Address on Expedia is not correct .... NOT LA MARSA. you need to pay extra for taco yo get there. Really bad experience.

Out of the way hotel, near a beach and with large pool for families. Out of season so to speak, so couldn’t possibly comment on what it’s like in summer season. Nearest convince is about 5 minutes away in a car. La Marsa is nearest town with plenty of banks as Gammarth (from what the residents state) has none. No fridges in room, hence any cold drinks etc you to visit bar or the small onsite souvenir shop.
Security guards are very rude unwelcoming behavior, not equipped to be in hospitality business
The hotel is excellent, the pool is super nice! The breakfast is so fine and all is gonna be perfect if the cleanness is regarded a little bit more
