Good time, good pool , freindly people, good location
The rooms are not clean, the phone didn’t work and there is no WiFi inside the rooms. The bathroom is dirty and old. Even the furniture and the linens are very old and the didn’t change them everyday. Some of the stuff are nice and helpful but other they are rude and not respectful. The food is delicious, even the chef and stuff who is working in the restaurant are very nice

Housekeeping is not up to par. The room never gets dusted, the bathroom does not get any cleaning. The sheets are not changed after the guests leave. The towels are unclean and worn out. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Advice: get receipt when you hand out cash.
It is cheap and if it was summer being next to the ocean would have been great
The hotel should not be advised by Expedia .room were dirty,hair on beds, no mattress Proctor on beds. Toilet sit had pee on it. Bath tab was blocked, shower curtain was dirty! Heating wasn't working we had to sleep wearing our coats on! It was terrible experience!
This is the 7th time I have stayed at Aqua Viva. It was cheap - only 32$ US and clean. Need a taxi to get there though. Nice, pleasant staff and decent breakfast. Some very noisy foreign guests who don't seem to respect the culture. I find the price is right and the bed is comfy. Bathroom bit dated but clean and water is hot!
The hotel was ok, trasportation was a problem! It was far from everything.
Very bad staff food cleaning so bad what I can say only bad hotel hotel need to be built again
